Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome. Please note that the primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and remain on the property throughout the stay. There are 4 dedicated parking spots available; street parking is strictly prohibited. In accordance with Broward County noise ordinances, quiet hours are strictly enforced beginning at 10:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to review cancellation policies and consider travel insurance during the Florida hurricane season (June through November).

Noise Ordinance: All residential properties in Broward County are subject to a noise ordinance that is in effect 24/7, with strict quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. While our neighbors are friendly, they are diligent in reporting any disturbances after this time.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 penalty.
Gatherings & Occupancy: Unauthorized gatherings of more than 10 people lasting longer than 30 minutes will be classified as a party. In such cases, a $1,000 Party Fee will be charged, and any non-registered guests will be required to leave the property. Enforcement may be handled by the house manager, an Airbnb representative, or local authorities.
Checkout Policy: • Checkout time is 11:00 AM. A $50 Late Checkout Fee will apply if guests have not vacated the property by this time (unless prior approval has been granted by the house manager). • Requests for late checkout must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Guests who have not fully vacated the property by 1:00 PM will be charged the Daily Base Rate. This charge is a penalty fee and does not entitle the guest to continued use of the property. • Any refunds issued to the next guest due to an unauthorized late checkout will be the financial responsibility of the current guest.
Age Requirement: At least one registered guest must be 25 years of age or older and must be present throughout the duration of the stay. The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the entire duration of the stay.e.*
