This spacious 957 sq. ft. residence is designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout includes a main bedroom featuring a king bed for a restful night’s sleep, a second bedroom equipped with a full double bed for extra comfort, and a convenient sofa bed located in the living room. With one bathroom serving the unit, the space is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a smooth stay.

While the unit is a privately owned space, guests enjoy a wealth of resort-style perks. The interior features a fully equipped kitchenette for your convenience and high-speed Wi-Fi, which is perfect for remote work. Beyond the apartment, you have access to an array of impressive facilities:

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited and a Vacation Rental Agreement is required before arrival. As this is a privately owned unit, hotel services such as housekeeping and room service are not provided. Shared laundry facilities are available for a fee of $2.50 per load. For security, a noise monitoring system is in place.

Mandatory fees paid at check-in include a one-time Administrative Fee of $56.50, a nightly Resort Fee of $45.20, and a refundable Building Hold of $100. Pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $100. Self-parking is available via the PayByPhone app or ground-floor meters, with rates ranging from $20 for one hour up to $315 for seven days.
