Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that stairs are required to access the unit. This property is exclusively available for longer-term stays and requires a 30-day lease. For stays of 30 days or more, a utility cap of $200 applies, with the tenant responsible for any costs exceeding this amount.

Dogs are welcome (maximum of 3) with a fee of $10 per pet per day; pets must be kept in a crate or carrier when guests are away. The home is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping; evidence of smoking or marijuana will result in a $250 fine. Loud parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM, with a community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 8 AM. No trailer or RV parking is available.
