Located in rural Northern Scottsdale, you'll be surrounded by stunning desert landscapes and close to McDowell Mountain Regional Park, renowned for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. The property is approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25+ to book and complete TRUVI background screening within 48 hours. A $50 non-refundable damage waiver applies. Pool heating costs $100/day (2-day minimum, $85/day for 7+ days) and must be requested 36 hours prior. Strict no-party policy enforced with NoiseAware monitoring. Scottsdale quiet hours are 10 PM-8 AM. Various penalties apply for policy violations, including $2,500 smoking fine, $800 pool vacuum tampering fee, and $500 noise violation fine. - If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. The property is equipped with NOISE AWARE, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Our properties are protected by TRUVI, a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the TRUVI application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation. Additionally, your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per state law. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all TRUVI requirements have been fulfilled.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Please do not remove or turn off the vacuum from the pool, if you do so a penalty will incur. Disconnecting the pool vacuum will incur a $1500 fine.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- NEVER TAKE OUT OR UNPLUG THE WHITE HOSE IN THE POOL! The equipment will malfunction. If found unplugged our outside the pool, there is a penalty charge that starts at $800, depending on the level of damage.
- The mesh fence around the pool can be taken down only when the reservation does not include any children.
