Situated in an excellent location, the property is just across El Cielo street from the PSP airport and various dining and convenience options. A short 1.5-mile drive west on Ramon leads you directly into downtown Palm Springs, while heading east provides easy access to other cities throughout the Coachella Valley. This makes it an ideal rental for remote workers, traveling nurses, contract workers, and vacationers staying between 30 and 90 days.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Minimum Stay: 30-night minimum rental
• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guest Requirements: Renters must be 25+. Guests must visit Ryson offices for a gate fob and provide ID and a signed Terms and Conditions form prior to arrival.
• Pets: Dogs only are permitted (up to 2). A fee of $199-$200 per dog per stay applies. Cats and other animals are strictly prohibited. Owners must pick up after pets in the yard.
• Summer Surcharge: For stays between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge applies for cooling costs.
• Community Rules: No smoking anywhere in the community. No outdoor music; doors must remain closed when playing music inside. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 10am. There is no mailbox access at this property.

Please note that due to the proximity to a medium-sized road, light sleepers may notice some traffic noise; white noise machines are available upon request to ensure your comfort.
