Important Guest Information: For everyone's safety and security, please note that exterior security cameras are installed at the front and rear of the property (interior spaces are not monitored). Noise monitoring devices in common areas detect sound levels only and do not record audio. Prior to check-in, guests may be asked to review a brief compliance form regarding local regulations including parking guidelines, occupancy limits, and quiet hours. We recommend having access to a vehicle or using ride-sharing services for optimal transportation around the area.

Host requests
- During the stay
A valid government photo identification of the guest that booked the reservation must be sent to host no later than 24 hours prior to check in and must match the name and photo listed on the reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking without refund.
Host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for all guests staying at any time before and during the reservation. Failure to comply will result in guest being asking to leave with no refund.
No more than 6 guests may sleep onsite at any time and no more than three visitors allowed at a time. Additionally, no visitors allowed after 10 pm. Please be advised that number of guests allowed is firmly enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund.
No loud music or noise after 10pm. This is a family neighborhood that has a very strict no noise policy.
No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee.
Please be sure to take all your belongings when checking out as we do charge a $40 service fee plus the cost of packing and shipping for any items left behind. Unfortunately it does happen quite often and our team spends about an hour per item to take to the post office and ship back to guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Parking is limited to a MAX of 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking is allowed. This is a city ordinance.
