This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment plus loft accommodates up to 5 guests and underwent a complete remodel in November 2025 with all-new flooring, fresh paint, and recessed lighting throughout.

The apartment features one king bed, one queen bed, one twin bed, and a futon - all brand new, comfortable and clean. Both bathrooms provide full amenities, and the loft area adds extra sleeping space via a steep ladder (please note the fall risk warning below).

To the south lies Mission Beach and Ocean Beach, while north offers La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the beautiful North County coastline. Belmont Park's roller coaster and arcades provide family fun, and catching sunset at Law Street or the PB Boardwalk is a must. The location offers easy access to all San Diego attractions - approximately $20 Uber/Lyft to Downtown Gaslamp District, with Torrey Pines State Park just 15 minutes away. Sea World is a bike ride away, while the Zoo, Safari Park, and Balboa Park museums await exploration.

Bike rentals are just a 3-minute walk, with bus stops equally close for easy transportation throughout San Diego. The entire second-floor apartment in this quiet 3-unit building is yours to enjoy.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM via keypad entry. Long-term stays are welcome with adjusted occupancy limits. Please note: check-in/check-out is not available on major holidays, and a 4-night minimum applies for stays including major holidays.
