The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king size bed and 1 queen sized bed. Guests should note the traditional layout of this older craftsman, where access to the second bedroom is gained by walking through the first. The living area is designed to brighten your day, providing a fun space to unwind, while the bathroom includes a shower (no tub).

While the home is filled with charm, it also has a few quirks, including limited electrical outlets throughout the space. For your comfort, the master bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans, and portable AC units are provided in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Additional interior highlights include a dining table and a designated work space, making it an ideal spot for those needing to stay productive.

Outside, you will find a private fenced front yard and a driveway with parking for at least 2 cars. Please be sure to use the driveway, as street parking is restricted to permit holders only. A laundry room is available for guest use; please note this is a shared common space shared with guests in the separate rear guesthouse.

• Pets: Dog-friendly (no cats allowed). A one-time pet fee of $150 is due before check-in

• Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the property
• Long-term stays (30+ days): Require a formal lease agreement and a deposit equal to one month's rent, due 60 days prior to arrival
