About Property

Set your bags down, take a breath, and settle into your own roomy corner of Beverly Hills. This space is straightforward—what you see is what you get—designed to make day-to-day living uncomplicated. Bring your suitcase and a toothbrush, as the rest is already waiting for you.

Your private sanctuary features a comfortable layout with one bedroom, one bed, and access to one bathroom. Specifically, your room is equipped with a queen-size bed, dedicated clothing storage, a desk perfect for study or work, and a TV that you can pair with your own streaming accounts. For your convenience and privacy, the room includes a lock on the door. The entrance is flexible; you can enter through the kitchen with the rest of the household or utilize the separate doorway that leads straight into your room.

While your bedroom is a private retreat, everything beyond it operates on a shared-use basis. The apartment includes several bedrooms and two bathrooms used by the entire household.

Beverly Hills surrounds you with its usual cast of characters: cafés that open early, parks where people pretend they’re not on their phones, and a few iconic buildings sprinkled in for good measure. Walk in any direction and you’ll find something familiar, something surprising, or something impeccably landscaped. Whether you’re here to work, wander, or watch the world go by, the area makes it easy to do all three. Getting around is simple with constant rideshare availability, bus options, or a long walk. Please note that street parking is first-come, first-served; guests should carefully monitor signs to avoid city enforcement.
