The property also features a fully renovated bathroom equipped with a modern walk-in shower.

While the interior is designed for comfort, the outdoor experience is a true highlight. Guests have access to a large shared patio that serves as an outdoor living room, complete with a gas grill for afternoon barbecues, a table for four, and an umbrella-covered table for six. Whether you are lounging on a bench with a drink or cooking fresh seafood and veggies from the nearby market, the alfresco dining area is the perfect spot to unwind.

The unit is equipped with a mini-refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker to handle your light refreshment needs.

Due to the prime beachside location, the property is located near the 101 freeway and Amtrak rails; passing trains may occasionally be heard, and earplugs are provided for light sleepers.
