This residence is configured to accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to maximize space: the main level features a bedroom with one queen bed, while the upstairs level hosts two additional bedrooms. One upstairs room offers a king bed, and the second upstairs bedroom includes both a queen bed and a bunk bed. Both bathrooms are full baths equipped with combo tub showers.

Inside, the living area is anchored by a cozy indoor fireplace and a convenient washer, creating a relaxed atmosphere for unwinding. The full kitchen and dining setup comes complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. For outdoor enjoyment, the property features a deck and patio with a BBQ grill.

Practical details for your stay include self check-in via a private entrance. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To ensure a peaceful neighborhood, quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. There is a maximum occupancy of 8 guests and a limit of 2 vehicles, which must be parked in designated areas. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID and signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

Additionally, all TKC properties offer community amenity passes for access to the pool, pickleball, and private beach access. Passes are $50 for the first 7 days or $100 for 8-14 days, with each pass covering the cardholder plus 3 additional guests.
