Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this home is offered on a 30-day minimum stay. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the property. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. Parties, celebrations, and events are not permitted. Parking is restricted to designated areas. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement prior to arrival. Additionally, be aware that the home has bedrooms on two levels requiring stairs, the backyard is open and unfenced, and there is no air conditioning.
