• Parking: Limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 in the garage; street parking, oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are strictly prohibited
• Trash: Use only the BLACK lidded can for trash and recycling; BLUE and GREEN cans are not for guest use
• Wildlife: Guests must never leave garbage outside overnight to protect local wildlife and avoid city fines
• Important Notes: The home is not equipped with air conditioning, patio furniture is seasonal, and mountain WiFi can be spotty
