We go to great lengths to protect the peaceful environment enjoyed by neighbors. We are zero tolerance in enforcing the rules that we publish in our Rental Agreement. Creating noise or having unregistered guests at the home at any time will be cause for immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Please take a moment to understand our expectations and make sure they are aligned with yours.

Confirmed Guests will be required to sign our Rental Agreement through the Seattle Vacation Home website within 24 hours of booking. If you are not happy with any of the terms in the Rental Agreement, you may cancel for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of booking. (Refund does not apply for bookings made within two weeks of arrival.)

Our Rental Agreement includes the following rules and disclosures: *At all hours, noise must be kept to a level such that it can’t be heard outside the home. Outdoor activity (including on balconies, decks and patios) must cease by 9pm. *Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoors. *Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly agreed to by Seattle Vacation Home, and with a substantial pet fee. *This home is not suitable to host events of any type, unless explicitly agreed to by Seattle Vacation Home, and with a substantial event fee. *Only guests registered by name in your Rental Agreement are allowed on the property at any time, day or night, unless an explicit exception is granted by Seattle Vacation Home. *Failure to follow any of the above rules will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund. *Seattle Vacation Home has a private security patrol on retainer. If the patrol is dispatched to your home for any reason, you will be charged a minimum fee of $200. *In order to protect our visitors, neighborhoods, and homes, all guests acknowledge that Seattle Vacation home may utilize technologies including noise sensors, exterior video cameras, and wifi device counters. All phone calls with Seattle Vacation Home may be recorded. *The published cancelation policy is enforced without exception. Feel free to ask us about travel insurance if you wish to protect your trip from unexpected circumstances. *By Seattle law, occupancy is restricted to 8 unrelated individuals. Groups larger than 8 affirm that there are not more than 8 unrelated guests.
