To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules and practical information:

Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that this property is not suitable for guests 18 years old or under.

Strict policies are in place to maintain the home: no smoking of any kind, no pets, and no parties or events are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. To keep the home pristine, shoes are not allowed inside, and food is prohibited in the bedroom.

Guests are asked to replenish their own basic essentials after the initial supply. Please ensure all dishes are cleaned to avoid a $45 cleaning fee. Additional electronic appliances—excluding phones and laptops—and standalone heaters or AC units are not permitted. Please remember to turn off the AC, heating, and close all doors when leaving.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; additional guests will incur a charge of $45 per night. If you are locked out, guests must contact and pay a locksmith service directly, and missing keys at check-out will be charged at $65 per key. A $85 dispatch charge applies per incident for any special service requested.
