• Shoes are not permitted inside the home, and food is not allowed in the bedroom.
• Basic essentials are provided to get you started; guests are asked to replenish their own supplies.
• Dishes must be cleaned by the guest to avoid a $45 cleaning fee.
• House plants must be kept hydrated.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises; unregistered guests incur a $45/night/guest charge.
• Lockouts require the guest to call and pay for a locksmith service; missing keys at checkout are charged at $65/key.
• Please turn off heating/AC and close all doors when away.
• No additional electronic appliances (except phones and laptops) or standalone heaters/AC units are permitted.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Mail services are not provided, and the host is not responsible for private deliveries.
• A $85 dispatch charge applies per incident for any special service requested.
• Personal items must not be left in common areas; a $65 fine applies for items left in shared spaces or for causing cleaning needs in those areas.
