Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This home is not suitable for guests 18 years old or under. To maintain the quality of the space, shoes are not permitted inside the home, and food is not allowed in the bedroom. Guests are asked to replenish their own essentials after the initial basic supplies are consumed.

Strict policies apply: no smoking, no pets, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please ensure all dishes are cleaned to avoid a $45 fee. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises, with extra guests subject to a $45 per night charge. Additional electronic appliances and standalone heaters/AC units are prohibited. Please turn off heating and cooling when away. A $65 fee applies for missing keys, and a $85 dispatch charge applies per incident for special services.
