To maintain the quality of the home, shoes are not allowed inside, and food is prohibited in the bedroom. Please note that guests are asked to replenish their own essentials after initial supplies are consumed.

Strict House Rules:

• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises ($45/night fee for unregistered guests)
• No additional electronic appliances or standalone heaters/AC units allowed
• Guests must clean their own dishes to avoid a $45 fee
• Personal items must not be left in common spaces ($65 fine per incident)
• Missing keys will be charged at $65 per key; locksmith costs are the guest's responsibility
• A $85 dispatch charge applies per incident for special services
