The property includes 1 full bathroom equipped with essential shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

• Full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, blender, and wine glasses
• Laptop-friendly workspace including a dedicated loft desk and chair

• Parking: Metered public street parking is available; there is no reserved space, and spots can be difficult to find.
• House Rules: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking and vaping of any substance are prohibited everywhere on the property, indoors and outdoors. Violations may result in a $150 penalty.
• Guest Note: The open loft may be subject to neighbor and street noise. Outdoor lighting may brighten the loft even with blinds closed; light-sensitive guests may wish to bring a sleep mask.
