• Parking: Free parking for a maximum of 1 car (please park in front of the garage or near the mailbox).
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are shared with other tenants in the garage; please request the passcode for access.
• Pets: This is a pet-friendly property with a fee of $100 per pet per stay.
• Guest Fees: An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies after 2 guests.
• Policies: A $500 security deposit is required. No parties, events, or outside furniture/decorations are permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. No smoking is allowed in or around the house. No outside shoes are permitted inside.
