Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via self check-in with a smart lock, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that this apartment is on the top floor and requires climbing both exterior landing and interior staircases; there is no elevator. Guests should be aware of limited hot-water capacity, making shorter showers ideal. As this is an urban setting with a bus stop directly outside, some transit noise may be audible.

House rules include quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking and vaping of any substance are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors; violators may face a $150 penalty. We are dog-friendly and welcome up to two dogs (declared before arrival) for a fee of $99 per dog. Please bring your own laundry detergent for the shared machines.
