This completely private apartment was artfully designed in collaboration with a local muralist, with a hand-crafted bed frame cradling a plush queen-sized memory foam mattress. The apartment offers a full-size, well-equipped kitchen, a dining space island that doubles as storage, and ample closet space. You'll enjoy the convenience of a window air conditioner and lightning-fast WiFi. Please note that the decorative ropes along the bed are for aesthetics only and cannot support weight. The space comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and linens, along with a starter set of coffee, tea, and some light snacks. Inquire about monthly stays! Located just one mile from Salem Health, Willamette University, and the State Capitol, and two miles from downtown, this apartment is the perfect home base to explore all that Salem has to offer. All genders, orientations, religions, ethnicities, and races are welcome here. One pet is allowed with a pet fee. You'll be provided unique codes for the front door and the apartment, and we kindly ask that you do not have mail or packages delivered to the address. In accordance with our agreement, we'll request your ID, email, and a signed Temporary Occupancy Agreement upon booking. This capital city apartment may experience some normal urban noises, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. There are five unassigned parking spots in the back, with additional on-street parking available. Enjoy the convenience of the app-operated laundry setup in the basement.
