This inviting space features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 spacious bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds, complemented by a comfortable fold-out couch in the living area for extra guests. Soft linens are provided to ensure a restful stay.

Designed for comfort and light, the condo boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in the open living area and a gas fireplace for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, and a private balcony with outdoor seating provides a wonderful spot to enjoy partial ocean and beach views. For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

While the condo does not have air conditioning, guests can enjoy the cool ocean breeze or request portable fans from the front desk. The property provides access to shared resort amenities, including an onsite indoor heated pool and sauna, two elevators, and direct access to the beach and the Seaside Promenade.

Located right on the Promenade, you are just steps away from local shops and dining. The Seaside Carousel and Broadway Street shopping are a 5-minute walk away, while the Seaside Aquarium, the Convention Center, and the Lewis & Clark Salt Works are all within a short stroll. For further exploration, Cannon Beach is only 9 miles away, with Astoria and Fort Stevens nearby.

Important Building Notice: From January 2026 through January 2027, the building will undergo essential exterior structural repairs. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction. Please note that no early check-ins or late check-outs are available during this time, and certain entrance restrictions apply Monday through Friday before 4 PM. Parking is limited; starting June 1, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation, with designated parking in the lot across from the resort.
