With 12 beds as the base configuration and a total capacity of 16 beds (including kings and queens), the home provides flexible sleeping arrangements for your group and can comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 32 guests.

Perfect your stroke on the private indoor putting green or utilize the professional-grade Full Swing Golf Simulator, which also offers baseball, football, and soccer modes. Violations may result in cancellation of your stay and loss of security deposit. Guests are required to complete and sign our rental agreement, provide a valid government-issued photo ID, submit a selfie for verification, and pay the required security deposit before their reservation is confirmed. Extra guests are allowed up to the maximum capacity, but there is an extra guest fee for each additional guest beyond the base number of guests included in the nightly rate. Example: This home sleeps up to 32 guests. The nightly rate includes 16 guests. Guests 17 to 32 are charged an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
