The layout is designed for both togetherness and privacy, with bedrooms distributed across the three stories and the third floor specifically maintaining an occupancy of six guests.

Designed for a seamless vacation experience, the villa boasts multiple oceanfront decks with picnic tables and plenty of seating for pelican watching and surfing. Inside, the home is an electric property focused on relaxation. The first floor features a huge dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, while the second and third floors provide additional bedrooms and dining areas for snacking. To ensure convenience, the home includes three full kitchens, three refrigerators, three microwaves, and three dishwashers.
