The collection offers a expansive layout across three distinct residences. The main house, 'Sunset Shores,' is centrally located and features a main-level master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, along with four additional bedrooms on the lower level, each equipped with a queen bed, and two full bathrooms. The second home, 'Sunset Bay,' provides a king bed in the lower-level master bedroom, two queen bedrooms on the main level, a fourth bedroom with twin bunks, and full bathrooms on both the main and lower levels. The third home, 'Sunset Point,' includes a queen bedroom on the main level and another on the upper level, plus a daybed (twin and twin) in the upper-level living room and a modular couch on the main level that converts to a queen size. In total, the property consists of 11 bedrooms with 11 beds and 7 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests.

While the homes provide private quarters, the shared lakefront experience is where the magic happens. Guests can enjoy beaches, docks, and an all-seasons sunroom, or spend time grilling on the large shaded patio. For those seeking adventure, kayaks are available for exploring the no-wake zone of the lake.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation without refund or a $150 penalty.
• Rules: Loud, disruptive parties are prohibited; however, guests not staying overnight are welcome.
• Requirements: A rental agreement with ID verification is required within 48 hours of booking; access is granted only after the agreement is signed.
• Supplies: A starter package is provided (3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels per home). Please bring your own beach towels and life vests for proper sizing. Firewood is available for purchase.
