The expansive downstairs suite offers a private bedroom with a king bed, AC, and an ensuite shower, alongside a separate sleeping area equipped with a bunk bed (two twins), a bathroom with a tub, a sofa, a kitchenette, AC, and a 50” Smart TV.

• No pets allowed ($300 fine).
