For additional flexibility, there is a sleeping loft with a twin size bed, a partitioned space with a bunk (full on bottom and twin on top), and a pull-out couch in the main living room. The home is kept comfortable year-round with five new mini-split AC units installed in 2023, serving the top floor bedrooms, main living area, and lower level.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This home is exclusively for families; groups of friends must contact the host for approval prior to booking. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site throughout the stay. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $50 cleaning fee per dog (maximum 2 dogs, must be at least 1 year old). Please note that dogs are prohibited in the pool and within 10 feet of the pool edge.

Strict house rules apply to respect the elderly neighbors: no parties or rowdiness. Outdoor music must remain at conversation level and be turned off by 8 PM. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM, at which time all exterior spaces must be vacated. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and within 50 feet of the property. A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Guests are required to strip linens and pile towels in the laundry area, seal all trash, and wash dishes upon departure. Security cameras are present in the pool area and around the property exterior for safety.
