Discover the ultimate waterfront escape at Chequessett Beach House, a stunning sanctuary sitting directly on Wellfleet Bay in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. This expansive property offers sweeping 180-degree water views, expansive decks, and a private sandy beach, providing an unmatched coastal experience.

The estate comprises a 3,371 SF main house and a 470 SF cottage situated above a two-car garage. Together, they provide 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The primary suite in the main house features a king bed, deck access, and a lavish ensuite bathroom complete with an oversized soaker tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Under new ownership in 2024, the home has undergone extensive upgrades, including new cedar siding, roofs, windows, and fixtures. The main level boasts high ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with a stone island and gas range, flowing seamlessly into a dining area and living room decorated with paintings from local Wellfleet artists. For relaxation, guests can enjoy the screened-in porch with a hammock and swing, or head to the entertainment room featuring a large flat screen TV and sectional couch. An outdoor shower is also available for post-beach refreshment.

Located just a short walk from the Chequessett Yacht & Country Club and one mile from downtown Wellfleet and the town pier, the location is ideal for exploration. Ocean beaches and freshwater kettle ponds are within a 10-minute drive.
