This two-story home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, all conveniently located on the second floor, including one bedroom equipped with its own TV. To ensure comfort for everyone, the home features 3 bathrooms.

Lovingly rebuilt from top to bottom in 2014, the residence boasts an open, sunny spaciousness that is rare for the Cape. The interior features generous and comfortable living spaces, including both a living room and a family room, each outfitted with smart TVs. The gorgeous kitchen is a highlight, specifically designed for special family gatherings with its large island, stainless steel appliances, and windows that provide serene views of the backyard. Outside, the private grounds are a haven for relaxation; guests can practice morning yoga on provided mats, let children run free in the grass, or enjoy the paver patio. As evening falls, you can dine alfresco at sunset and gather around the gas firepit.

Location is everything, and this home is as convenient as they come. The Ocean Harbor Estates Private Beach is located at the end of the street on Lewis Bay, and an association beach is just a block away. For your convenience, the hosts provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, and an outdoor shower. If you venture a mile west, you will find the center of Hyannis, home to a variety of shops, restaurants, the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, Harbor Hawks games at McKeon Park, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
