The layout features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing a welcoming environment for groups. Sleeping arrangements are versatile, including one King bed, one Queen bed, three Full-size/Double beds, and one twin-size bed, accommodating up to 10 guests. The home is designed with a bright, breezy atmosphere, featuring a split-level layout where the kitchen and dining areas are raised above the living room and bedrooms to maximize the picture-perfect coastal views.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is thoughtfully stocked for overnight guests. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and all necessary meal preparation equipment, and a washer and dryer with detergent are available for your convenience. For your entertainment and relaxation, the property provides Internet, Smart TVs, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. A Pack ’n’ Play is also available upon request.

Perched beside the Gooch’s Beach breakwater, you have a front-row seat to watch fishing boats, sailboats, and impressive yachts glide along the Kennebunk River.
