Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the main level hosts a Master Suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring a Queen bed. The lower level includes a second King bedroom, a third bedroom with a Queen bed, and a fifth bedroom equipped with custom built-in bunks (2 Fulls over 2 Queens) that sleep six. Each room is appointed with premium mattresses, blackout window treatments, and dedicated workspaces.

Designed for entertaining, the home boasts a showpiece gourmet kitchen featuring a Wolf range and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, and granite countertops. A comprehensive coffee station is available, including a Breville Barista espresso machine. The living area is defined by soaring vaulted ceilings, a dramatic stone gas fireplace, and leather sofas. • Vehicle Note: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended from November through April.
