The top floor offers a flexible arrangement with a living room area featuring a full-size sofa bed and a twin-size trundle, a third bedroom with two twin beds and a full-size sofa bed, and a fourth bedroom featuring a King bed and a full-size sofa bed.

Outside, the gorgeous landscape is quite the treat to enjoy. The property boasts ample back yard space perfect for games or relaxation, a pond for kayaking, and a very large fenced-in dog run area for your four-legged companions. For those looking to hit the sand, Roger Wheeler Beach is very much within walking distance. After a day at the coast, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed, making this a truly inclusive family getaway. To ensure a seamless arrival, bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are provided. All linens are professionally laundered and replaced with freshly cleaned sets prior to arrival, and beds will be made before check-in. Starter supplies are provided for your convenience, including one roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap.
