The residence features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Inside, you will find a spacious living area anchored by an oversized wood-burning fireplace—complete with all the firewood and fire starters you need—and a dining table large enough for your entire group.

For entertainment and relaxation, the home includes a dedicated game room featuring a slate pool table, foosball, and a cedar sauna. The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, and the private deck boasts a BBQ grill connected to the house gas supply and an eight-person hot tub spa, situated within snowball range of the skiers cruising by on the trail.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with an additional non-refundable fee. Please note that the hot tub is ready for peak season weekends (late-Dec to mid-Mar); outside these dates, a $195 setup fee applies. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and the property utilizes Minut noise-monitoring technology. For security, exterior cameras are in use. A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
