The Lodge features 4 bedrooms, a cozy living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a basement game room for entertainment. Complementing the main house is the Carriage House, which offers 5 bedrooms, three separate living rooms, a kitchen, and a foosball table. In total, the estate provides 9 bedrooms, 9 beds, and 7 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property features several high-end additions to enhance your stay:

• Outdoor swimming pool (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting)
• Smart lock access for seamless entry
• 9 AC units distributed across both homes for seasonal cooling
• Seasonal heating for the autumn and winter months

Located in the hills over Ludlow, this retreat offers the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience, situated just 5 minutes from the Base and 2 minutes from town. Please note that a car is necessary for all visits. Due to the incline of the driveway, a vehicle with AWD or 4WD is highly recommended, and a 4x4 is strictly required for winter reservations to navigate snow and ice safely.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 19 guests per fire code (including infants).
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $150 + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional dog. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors; cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns.
• Rural Environment: Guests may encounter local wildlife including deer, foxes, coyotes, and bears; please keep food and trash secured. Due to the rural location, power or internet may be interrupted during inclement weather.
• Cancellation: No exceptions are made to the cancellation policy; travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
