The third bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with one queen, one double, and one twin bed, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The property welcomes pets with a standard fee of $200 per pet per stay, with an additional $100 for dogs that shed excessively. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Long term stays are welcomed, with guests responsible for additional utility costs beyond the initial amount for stays over 21 days. Please note that outdoor amenities are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day.
