The main house features five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, while the inviting cottage offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom. For flexible sleeping arrangements, one bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king using a provided converter kit.

Inside the main residence, guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and entertainment options including a pool table and ping pong table. High-end touches abound, from plush mattress toppers and 300-450 thread count sheets to smart TVs. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Access is provided via smart lock. Please note the following rules: absolute no smoking, vaping, or marijuana use (violators face a $1500 fee). Small dogs up to 30 lbs are permitted on a case-by-case basis with a fee ($150 for the first dog, $50 for each additional); cats are not allowed. Guests must use septic-safe toilet paper and keep windows closed while using AC. Due to the rural location, AWD/4WD is highly recommended in winter. Security includes a doorbell camera and a garage camera for trash pick-up verification.
