• Late Check-out Fee: A $50 fee is charged for every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11:00 AM
• Pets: Strict no-pets policy; unauthorized pets will result in a fee of up to $500
• Winter Access: Due to the hillside location, AWD/4WD and winter tires are strongly recommended during winter months. While plow services are utilized, delays may occur.
• Security: Exterior cameras are installed for safety; these are not monitored unless an issue arises.
• Additional Notes: Certain closets and drawers remain locked for private storage. Access to boats is available via the Guest Support team.
