Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you. Please be advised that the pontoon boat is not part of the rental. To maintain the quality of the home, towels are for in-house use only and are not permitted for beach use; missing or damaged linens will incur a charge of $35 each.

Strict house rules are in place to ensure a safe environment: absolutely no parties or group gatherings are allowed, and underage drinking is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times in the front deck area. All guests under 21 must provide a photo ID and have a parent or legal guardian sign the required forms. Cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 3.5% credit card processing fee.
