• Pets: One dog up to 60 lbs is welcome for a $325 fee per stay. Dogs are not permitted in the pool.
• Pool: Seasonal (typically late March to October). Heating is available for $125 per day plus tax with 5 days' notice. The hot tub is available year-round.
• Rules: Primary renter must be 21+. No parties, smoking, vaping, fireworks, or firearms. No adhesives or glitter on walls. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. Max 7 vehicles in designated parking areas.
