Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 fee. Per HOA guidelines, the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present throughout the stay; for non-family groups, all guests must be over 23. Pool heating is available by advance request ($75/night or $500/week) for the full duration of the stay. Please note the pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Fines up to $300 may apply for unregistered pets, unapproved late departures, or excessive messes.
