The top level serves as a private retreat with a spacious king bedroom and ensuite bathroom, an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar and new appliances, and a cozy living room complete with an electric fireplace and smart TV. A convenient loft area with a couch and TV provides extra lounging space.

The mid-level offers two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, including ensuite baths and a Jack & Jill bathroom for added privacy. This level also includes a flexible bunk room featuring one twin-over-twin bunk and one twin-over-double bunk. The ground level, accessed through the carport, is the ultimate hangout spot with a game room equipped with air hockey, a pool table, and a TV, alongside a second bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and a full hallway bathroom.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome, with up to two dogs allowed for a fee of $150. Per HOA guidelines, the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present throughout the stay; for non-family groups, all guests must be 23+. Please note the pool is seasonal, opening May 1st and closing mid-October. Fines up to $300 may apply for smoking, unregistered pets, excessive mess, or unauthorized late departures.
