About Property

Originally the Eastport Volunteer Fire Company founded in 1864, this unique residence offers a fascinating glimpse into local history, once serving as the base for volunteers who battled some of the city's largest fires, including those at the site now known as the William Paca House.

The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a guest capacity of 8. The layout is designed for versatility across multiple levels. The first floor welcomes you with original brick floors in the foyer mudroom. This level includes a full living/bedroom space equipped with a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and a full bath, as well as a second living space and rec room featuring a kitchenette located in the garage. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where 9-foot ceilings enhance the open kitchen, dining, and family room. This floor houses two En Suite bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a large balcony overlooking a quiet neighborhood street. The Master is further detailed with a double vanity and a large stand-up shower, while the second En Suite bedroom includes a stand-up shower with a second entrance into the hallway.
