• Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King Bed and Twin Bunk Bed
• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Queen Bed with Private Bathroom and Balcony Access
• Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Queen Bed with Private Bathroom and Balcony Access
• Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Bed
• Bedroom 5 (Lower Level/Basement): King Bed and a foldout chair/bed
• Bedroom 6 (Lower Level/Basement): King Bed and a foldout chair/bed For additional flexibility, the home provides one sofa bed, and guests are welcome to bring air mattresses.

• Absolutely no parties allowed; a few social drinks are permitted.
• No smoking on the property (violation results in a $250 per day fee).
• No hunting, fireworks, or explosive devices allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the neighbors.
• Hot tub rules must be followed; a $200 fee applies if water replacement is required.
• No inflatable pools or slip-and-slides on the grass.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests; guests over age 2 exceeding this count incur a fee of $25 per person per night.
• Outdoor surveillance is in place for security.
