• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with prior approval (maximum of 2 dogs). A fee of $250 per pet plus tax applies. Please note that dogs are not permitted on Wrightsville Beach from April 1 through September 30; from October 1 to March 31, dogs must remain on a leash.
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required from Sea Scape Properties and must be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
