• Rental Agreement: A signed agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm the stay.
• Important Notice: From November 23, 2026, through December 28, 2026, the elevator will be completely out of service for modernization. Outside of these dates, the elevator is reliable but not guaranteed. Additionally, renovations in neighboring units may occur during the off-season (Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm).
