No pets are allowed at Westcott House due to bio-security of the greater farm area. This includes service animals because of the health risk to the greater farm area.
We supply our own renter agreement and waiver that you must sign after booking on Airbnb. We're happy to provide a copy prior to booking. Please note that there is also a separate security deposit required for this property.
You must declare in advance, and pay for, all guests that come to the property. If you select "a guest" or "1" guest and then bring additional guests, there will be extra fees assessed later. Most of our properties have higher rates for larger groups, so please make sure to declare the correct number of guests up front.
