The unique inverted layout places the kitchen on the top floor, ensuring your sunset dinners are served with panoramic views and a refreshing ocean breeze. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the first floor hosts a recreation room with a queen sofa bed, a room with twin bunk beds and a trundle, a king suite with a double vanity and private front deck, a king room, and another king room with private back deck access. The second floor includes a room with twin bunk beds and a trundle, a king suite with a double vanity and private pool-view deck, and a room with two queen beds and private deck access.

Step outside into your own private paradise, featuring a sparkling saltwater pool, a Tiki bar perfect for evening cocktails, and a BBQ grill for sunset cooking. For added convenience and luxury, the home includes:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM | Check-out: 9:00 AM
• Pool heating is available from September 15 to May 15 for $100/night plus taxes and fees (3-night minimum; one week notice required).
• House Rules: No pets, smoking, or vaping on premise. Minimum rental age is 30. Unauthorized parties, fireworks, deep fryers, and fire pits are prohibited. Please avoid using water balloons or chalk on the patio/driveway. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front entrance.
