Together, the estate offers 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with a total capacity to sleep up to 24 guests.

Home 1 is a spacious retreat featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home includes 3 King bedrooms (two of which are en suite), 2 Queen bedrooms, and a fun bunk room equipped with a twin-over-full bed and a slide. Guests here can enjoy the comfort of central AC, a game room with an NES, arcade games, and shuffleboard, and a screened spa porch featuring its own hot tub and sauna.

Home 2 offers a more intimate setting with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It features a King primary suite with an en suite bathroom, a Queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a double and twin bed. While this home utilizes ceiling and portable fans rather than central AC to embrace the mountain climate, it boasts a private forest hot tub and a screened game room for ping pong, darts, and foosball.
