The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle in the third, and another Queen bed in the fourth. For additional needs, a Queen air mattress with bedding is available upon request.

A quick 10-minute drive takes you to Sullivan's Island and Fort Moultrie, while Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston are easily accessible for historical tours and boutique shopping.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed. This is a legal and licensed rental (P-00707). A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home. Please note that this is not a party house; house parties, weddings, events, and DJs are prohibited. The Isle of Palms noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the house. No glitter, adhesives, or exterior decorations are permitted. A $250 fine applies for rule violations. Use of the pool is at the guests' own risk.
